WHAT TO GIVE UP FOR LENT

by skyla777 @ 2008-02-05 - 18:31:20

I HAVE JUST LEFT A MESSAGE ON COPDAMS BLOG WHICH GAVE ME AN IDEA FOR THE REST OF US ABOUT WHAT TO GIVE UP FOR LENT! EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT FOOD OR DRINK, BUT HERE'S THE THING....WHY NOT GIVE UP ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
SWEARING
GOSSIPING
SHOPPING FOR THINGS OTHER THAN FOOD
BEING NEGATIVE
BEING SCARED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW
GIVE UP BUYING RUBBISH, LIMIT YOUR WEEKLY OUT GOINGS TO 50 QUID AND SELL THE RUBBISH AT A CAR BOOT FOR ANY EXTRA CASH YOU NEED THROUGH THE WEEK
WATCHING T.V
MOANING
SHOUTING
USING THE CAR AND USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
THROWING YOUR RECYCLING IN WITH THE RUBBISH AND CHANGE THE ENVIRONMENT

WHAT DO YOU THINK? ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? XXX

Gossiping is a good one, that would be sooo hard though not sure i could stick to it for that long...i think bitchyness would also be a good but hard one to give up lol.
